Abstract:
Provided is a coating apparatus for grain-boundary diffusion treatment, wherein, when conducting grain-boundary diffusion treatment in the manufacturing of an NdFeB system sintered magnet, powder rhodium can be coated onto a prescribed face of a sintered body with a prescribed thickness and prescribed pattern, with uniformity, and without excess or deficiency, and wherein automation thereof and coating treatment of multiple sintered bodies are easy. The coating apparatus for grain-boundary diffusion treatment is comprised of a work loader (10), and a printing head (20) that is installed more to the upper side than the work loader (10). The work loader (10) comprises a base (11) that is movable in the lateral direction, a lift (12) that is movable in the up-down direction with respect to the base (11), a frame (13) that is mounted removably upon the lift (12), a tray (14) that is mounted removably upon the frame (13), a supporter (15) that is installed on the upper face of the tray (14), and a magnet clamp (16) that is movable in the up-down direction. The printing head (20) comprises a screen (21) with light-transmitting sections (211) formed thereon, and a squeegee (22) and a return-scraper (23) that can be moved while maintaining contact with the upper face of the screen (21).
