Abstract:
[Problem] To provide a coating booth wherein a flow rate for air smaller than the conventional can be made to flow downward in a coating processing area where coating of a workpiece is carried out. [Solution] This coating booth 10 is configured such that band-shaped areas extending along a pair of mutually opposing outside edge parts of the ceiling part of the coating booth form a pair of air delivery units 36, 36 for delivering air downward, and an area between the pair of band-shaped areas forms a normal ceiling part 34 where air is not delivered. When air is delivered downward by the pair of air delivery units 36, 36, the air vertically below the normal ceiling part 34 is affected by that air and flows downward extremely slowly. A coating processing area R1, where workpiece W coating is carried out, is disposed vertically below the normal ceiling part 34. Thus, the flow rate of downward flowing air in the coating processing area R1 can be made smaller than the conventional.
