Provided are: a coating composition which contains polymer particles, a silane compound selected from among a hydrolyzable silane compound represented by formula (1) and a partial hydrolytic condensation product of the hydrolyzable silane compound, and an organic solvent for which the hydrogen bonding component of the solubility parameter is 16 MPa1/2 or more; a layered product and a method for producing same; and a solar cell module.
