Abstract:
A coating composition for preparing a photonic crystal thin film, a photonic crystal thin film and a preparation method therefor. The coating composition comprises: a nanosphere emulsion, a monomer, an oligomer, a photoinitiator and a solvent. The solid content of the nanosphere emulsion is 20-80%. The parts by mass of each component in the coating composition are as follows: the nanosphere emulsion contains 100 parts of nanospheres; the monomer and the oligomer account for 10-50 parts; the photoinitiator accounts for 0.4-6 parts; and the solvent makes the coating composition has a solid content of 10-55%. The preparation method for the photonic crystal thin film directly uses the nanosphere emulsion as the raw material to realize the ordered and regular arrangement of the nanopheres in a dried photocurable medium in situ. After photocuring, the obtained photonic crystal thin film has good optical properties, and also has good mechanical properties, and can be used independently after peeling off the substrate.
