Abstract:
Provided is a coating composition for coating surfaces which is capable of forming a cured coating film layer that protects the reflective substrate of a solar-heat-collecting reflective plate and that has excellent weather resistance, such as heat resistance and water resistance, and excellent impact resistance. Also provided are a solar-heat-collecting reflective plate having said cured coating film layer, and a process for producing the reflective plate. The disclosed coating composition for surface coating is for producing a solar-heat-collecting reflective plate having a reflective substrate made of metal, and contains a fluorine-containing polymer (A) which includes a unit (A1) based on a fluoroolefin and a unit (A2) having a cross-linkable group. Also disclosed are a solar-heat-collecting reflective plate that has a cured coating film layer made by using said coating composition for surface coating, and a process for producing the reflective plate.
