Provided is a coating composition for an undercoat that contains an acrylic resin and an epoxy resin, wherein the acrylic resin has a solubility parameter of 9.0-12 inclusive and a weight-average molecular weight of 1,000-95,000 inclusive, and the epoxy resin has a solubility parameter of 10-12 inclusive and a weight-average molecular weight of 250-2,500 inclusive.
