Abstract:
Coating equipment, comprising: a coater (300) capable of moving along a first direction and coating. The coater (300) comprises a coating head (310) and a coating head moving mechanism (320). The coating head moving mechanism (320) is configured to move and rotate the coating head (310) in a plane intersecting with the first direction. The coating equipment is switchable integrated equipment. Three different processes of front-surface coating, back-surface coating, and side edge sealing can be dealt with by using one single coater, so that the equipment cost can be reduced, and equipment utilization rate can be improved.
