Abstract:
Provided are a coating film-equipped substrate which exhibits an excellent antirust effect, and a method for producing a coating film-equipped substrate. A coating film-equipped substrate which has, in this order, a substrate comprising a metal, an undercoat layer formed on the substrate, and an overcoat layer, the coating film-equipped substrate being characterized in that the undercoat layer contains a zinc powder, graphene and a binder, the content ratio by mass of graphene to zinc powder in the undercoat layer is 1.0×10-4 to 1.0, and the overcoat layer contains a fluorine resin.
