Provided is a coating film transfer tool that transfers a coating film whilst being pushed in the forwards direction of a transfer head. The transfer location can be accurately identified and the coating film transfer tool can be prevented from meandering. The coating film transfer tool is for transferring, onto a transfer-receiving body, a coating film of a transfer tape. The transfer tape is a base tape provided with the coating film. The coating film transfer tool is provided with: a feeding part that feeds the transfer tape; a flat transfer head that presses the transfer tape fed from the feeding member onto the transfer receiving body, thereby transferring the coating film to the transfer receiving body; a winding part that winds up the base tape after the transfer; and a conveyance roller that is positioned, following the conveyance direction of the base tape, on the downstream side of the flat transfer head, and that presses the post-transfer base tape against the transfer receiving body. The coating film transfer tool is configured so that the flat transfer head being pushed in the forward direction causes the transfer of the coating film onto the transfer-receiving body.
