Provided is a coating film transfer tool provided with an outer cassette and an inner cassette accommodated in the outer cassette. The inner cassette has a paying-out part that pays out a transfer tape, a transfer pressing part that presses the transfer tape against a transfer surface to transfer a coating film, and a winding-up part that winds up a substrate tape after the coating film has been transferred. The outer cassette has a first case and a second case capable of mutual rotation. When the second case is rotated with respect to the first case, an opening part provided in the first case and an opening part provided in the second case overlap with each other to make an opening part in the outer cassette, and the inner cassette rotates with the second case to move the transfer pressing part toward the opening part of the outer cassette. When the second case is further rotated with respect to the first case, the inner cassette contacts a convex part provided in the first case to make an end of the inner cassette on the side of the transfer pressing part swing with respect to the first case and make the transfer pressing part protrude outside the outer cassette from the opening part.
