Abstract:
The coating fluid according to the present invention contains aluminum phosphate, a non-ionic surfactant, and water and/or a water-soluble solvent for dissolving or dispersing the aluminum phosphate and the non-ionic surfactant. The non-ionic surfactant content is preferably 1 vol% to 10 vol%, inclusive. The non-ionic surfactant is preferably one or more selected from the group consisting of esters, ethers, alkyl glycoxides, octylphenol ethoxylates, pyrrolidone, and polyhydric alcohols. By applying this coating fluid to the surface of a thermoelectric member, drying, and sintering, it is possible to form a fine antioxidant film comprising aluminum phosphate on the surface of the thermoelectric member.
