Abstract:
A coating material composition comprising the following components and a molded article having its surface coated with a cured coating film comprising the same: component (a): a cross-linking polymerizable compound (a-1) having at least two acryloyloxy and/or methacryloyloxy groups in its molecule, or a mixture of at least 50 % by weight of the compound (a-1) and at most 50 % by weight of a compound (a-2) copolymerizable therewith; component (b): minute silica particles each with a surface modified by the product of hydrolysis of a silane compound represented by general formula (I) wherein R1 represents hydrogen or methyl; R2 represents C1-C3 alkyl or phenyl; R3 represents hydrogen or C1-C10 hydrocarbon residue; and n represents an integer of 0 to 2; and component (c): a photopolymerization initiator.
