Abstract:
This coating material 100 is provided with an inorganic porous layer 20 that is formed by applying a coating liquid, in which inorganic fine particles 2 are dispersed, over a substrate 1 that is an object to be coated. Since the inorganic porous layer 20 has a configuration wherein a plurality of inorganic fine particles 2 are piled up in a random manner, gaps among the inorganic fine particles 2 form internal pores of the inorganic porous layer 20. In addition, the surfaces of the inorganic fine particles 2 are provided with oil repellent films 3, thereby having oil repellency. In addition, an oil repellent fluid 4 is contained in the pores of the inorganic porous layer 20.
