Abstract:
A coating paste mixing apparatus for selenium-rich salted preserved eggs, comprising a housing body and a mixing chamber; a pulverization chamber is arranged above the mixing chamber; pulverization rods, a sliding sleeve and a rotary shaft are arranged in the pulverization chamber; the rotary shaft is arranged on the pulverization chamber, and the sliding sleeve is slidably mounted on the rotary shaft by means of a slide groove; the pulverization rods are fixedly mounted to the sliding sleeve, and a roll wheel is rotatably mounted at the distal end of each pulverization rod; the inner wall of the pulverization chamber is provided with a roll groove, and the roll wheels engage the roll groove such that said wheels may roll within said groove; the roll groove on the inner wall of the pulverization chamber comprises two mutually engaged lines that spiral in opposite directions. The limiting function of the slide groove has the effect of radially limiting the sliding sleeve on the rotary shaft. Because the roll groove on the inner wall of the pulverization chamber comprises two mutually engaged lines that spiral in opposite directions, when the rotary shaft drives the sliding sleeve to rotate inside the pulverization chamber, the sliding sleeve is able to move in a vertically reciprocating manner at the same time.
