Abstract:
Disclosed is a coating and printing apparatus for a pressure-sensitive adhesive tape. The pressure-sensitive adhesive tape comprises a surface material and a base material, wherein the surface material and the base material are both tray-type materials. The surface material is arranged on a first unreeling mechanism and is driven by a first traction mechanism, and the surface material enters a combination unit after sequentially passing through a corona apparatus, a dust removal apparatus and a printing unit. The base material is arranged on a second unreeling mechanism and is driven by a second traction mechanism, and the base material sequentially passes through a silicone oil coating unit, a pressure-sensitive adhesive coating unit and a drying apparatus, and then enters the combination unit. The surface material and the base material are combined by means of the combination unit, and are reeled in by means of a reeling mechanism after being combined. By means of the coating apparatus in the present utility model, a printing operation can be carried out before a surface material of a pressure-sensitive adhesive is subjected to coating and combination, such that a printing layer is positioned between a coating adhesive and the surface material, an anti-counterfeiting mark can be printed by means of the printing layer, and the anti-counterfeiting mark is encapsulated by the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer, thereby protecting the integrity of the anti-counterfeiting mark and preventing the anti-counterfeiting mark from being damaged.
