Abstract:
A coating scraper, a coating application process, and a blade. The coating scraper comprises a flexible scraper body. A first protruding component and several second protruding components are disposed on a working surface of the scraper body. The second protruding components are arranged at two sides of the first protruding component, and the height of the first protruding component is greater than the heights of the second protruding components. The scraper solution provided innovatively adopts a sparse (variable) arrangement to effectively control the coating thickness of a protective paint at different locations, and can perform control such that an angle with a leading edge surface of a blade remains almost constant, and can achieve a good fit during operation, matching the shape of the blade without the need for many support points, and without causing scratches. The scraper can effectively form a leading edge protective paint layer that is thickest at a join region and thinner at two sides.
