Abstract:
Disclosed in the present invention is a coating slurry applied to a battery separator. The main components of the coating slurry comprise an organic polymer, a solvent, and a photoinitiator. Also disclosed in the present invention are a coated separator prepared from the coating slurry and a preparation method for the coated separator. At least one surface of a substrate is coated by the coating slurry and is subjected to ultraviolet radiation treatment with set energy and wavelength to obtain an ultraviolet cross-linked coated separator. According to the present invention, by using the above technical solution, a cross-linked structure is simply generated in a separator at a low cost, so that the thermal mechanical strength and a film breaking temperature of a separator are improved.
