Abstract:
Provided is a coating solution from which a film exhibiting an excellent mold releasability and high adhesion to a base material can be obtained. The coating solution comprises a fluorinated oligomer having a reactive group, a curable oligomer and an organic solvent, wherein: the solubility parameter (SP value) of the organic solvent is 11 [(cal/cm3)1/2] or lower; and the surface tension (STA [mN/m]) of the fluorinated oligomer and the surface tension (STB [mN/m]) of the curable oligomer satisfy the requirements STA≤22, 28≤STB≤32 and STB-STA≥7.5.
