Abstract:
A coating solution comprises a thermoplastic resin dissolved in a mixed solvent wherein the thermoplastic resin has a silicon atom-containing polar group. In measurement of the Young's modulus at 25°C, the prescribed thermoplastic resin used in the coating solution presents a Young's modulus in the region of resonance frequencies above 1,000 Hz that is at least 30% higher than the maximum Young's modulus in the region of resonance frequencies below 1,000 Hz. In addition, the mixed solvent used in the coating solution has an alcohol content of 5-20 mass%, a water content of not more than 1.5 mass%, and a nonpolar solvent content of 78.5-95 mass%.
