Abstract:

Disclosed is a coaxial cable (1) in which a second external conductor layer (14) has a braided structure with a braiding angle of at least 50°, whereby a first external conductor layer (13) is compressed at a small pitch by the second external conductor layer (14), wrinkles and floating do not occur in the first external conductor layer (13) when the cable is bent, and an air layer does not form between the first external conductor layer (13) and a dielectric layer (12). As a result, a coaxial cable can be provided in which the cable can be returned to a pre-bending phase, since wrinkles and floating do not occur in the first external conductor layer (13) even if the cable is subsequently bent back, and an air layer is not formed between the first external conductor layer (13) and the dielectric layer (12); and therefore, even if the cable is bent back after being bent, the cable can be returned to a pre-bending phase.
