Abstract:
Disclosed is a coaxial probe pin which is provided with: an inner conductor; an insulator provided on the circumference of the inner conductor; an adhesive layer provided on the outer circumference of the insulator; and an outer conductor, which is composed of a plurality of wire rods, and is provided in a state wherein the outer conductor is fixed to the outer circumference of the insulator by means of the adhesive layer. The adhesive layer is formed by winding, on the outer circumference of the insulator, an adhesive tape composed of a material that melts at a temperature lower than the temperature at which the insulator melts, and winding the outer conductor on the outer circumference formed of the adhesive tape, then, integrating the adhesive tape by melting the adhesive tape by applying heat.
