Abstract:
The present invention provides a coaxial radio frequency cable with a high flame retardancy and a preparation method therefor, and particularly relates to the technical field of cable machining. The coaxial radio frequency cable with a high flame retardancy comprises an inner conductor, an insulating layer, an outer conductor, a heat insulation layer and a sheath layer which are sequentially arranged from the inside out, wherein ceramsite is sandwiched between the heat insulation layer and the sheath layer; the inner conductor is made of one or two of oxygen-free copper, copper-clad steel and a copper alloy; the outer conductor is made of one or two of oxygen-free copper and aluminum; and the insulating layer is made of polytetrafluoroethylene. The microporous polytetrafluoroethylene has a certain porosity internally, such that a dielectric constant is reduced, attenuation caused by conductor resistance loss and attenuation caused by insulating dielectric loss are reduced, and electrical loss and signal distortion conditions of the conductor can be reduced. At the same time, the material of the heat insulation layer also has a good flame-retardant effect.
