Abstract:
Disclosed is a coaxial two-wheel synchronous drive mechanism with twin electric motor for a 100% low-floor dynamic bogie with independent wheels, characterised by: comprising a traction electric motor, a geared transmission device, and an independent wheel pair, wherein an electric motor shaft serves as a traction power source, driving, by means of a coupling, a connected input shaft of a geared transmission mechanism, the geared transmission device is arranged outside the framework of the bogie, a bevel gear is provided on the input shaft of the geared transmission mechanism, the bevel gear meshes with another bevel gear on a centre shaft, a centre shaft gear is further provided on the centre shaft, the centre shaft gear meshes with an output shaft gear, and a primary output shaft is connected to a vehicle wheel. In the present invention, the drive torque transferred from the traction electric motor to the geared transmission device can be transferred to the vehicle wheels via the gears. Taking two coaxial traction electric motors synchronously driving as the control target throughout, when either of the two coaxial electric motors malfunctions, the other electric motor immediately stops power output, achieving coaxial two-wheel synchronous drive of an independent wheel axle bridge device, having a certain self-steering characteristic, thereby reducing wear on the wheel edge, while preventing the possibility of coming off the rails caused by an electric motor malfunction, and improving the safe running of the independent wheel axle bridge.
