Abstract:
Provided is a cocoon removing device for silk processing, comprising a cocoon removing box (2), a cocoon removing plate (6), a driving motor (9), a cocoon removing motor (18) and a cocoon removing rotary disc (20), two groups of cocoon adding ports (3) are symmetrically formed in the upper side of the cocoon removing box (2), a T-shaped lead screw (4) and a guiding rod (5) are horizontally installed in the cocoon removing box (2), the cocoon removing plate (6) is arranged between the T-shaped lead screw (4) and the guiding rod (5), a cocoon removing shaft (19) is connected to the lower end of the output shaft of the cocoon removing motor (18), the cocoon removing rotary disc (20) is fixedly installed at the lower end of the cocoon removing shaft (19). By controlling the rotating direction of a lifting motor (16) in the cocoon removing process, the cocoon removing rotary disc (20) is driven to move downwards to squeeze cocoons, and the cocoon removing plate (6) is driven to move left and right, making cocoon removing more sufficient.
