Abstract:
Proposed are a codebook configuration selection method executed by an electronic device, and an electronic device. The electronic device has a plurality of beam levels. The method comprises: when a beam level used by an electronic device changes from a first beam level to a second beam level from among a plurality of beam levels, determining a candidate beam and a mother codebook of the second beam level from beams that can be used by the electronic device; and according to a detection result of the candidate beam, selecting a codebook configuration from the mother codebook of the second beam level, wherein the mother codebook of the second beam level is obtained by zooming a mother codebook of the first beam level.
