Abstract:
Embodiments of the present invention provide a determining method, a base station, and a user equipment. The method comprises: a user equipment (UE) determines information about a first matrix and information about the second matrix, which are used for generating a codebook; and the UE sends the information about the first matrix and the information about the second matrix to a base station, so that the base station generates a codebook according to the information about the first matrix and the information about the second matrix. In this way, performance of a system is improved.
