Abstract:
A coffee brewing platform (10) and an implementation method for the platform (10); the platform (10) comprises: a housing (101); the housing (101) is provided therein with a controller (1011), a motor (1012), a water pump (1013), and a water outlet (1014) with adjustable attitude and movable position; the controller (1011) acquires a coffee brewing configuration profile, and after receiving an instruction to start brewing coffee, according to motion data and water output amount data in the coffee brewing configuration profile, respectively, generates a first control instruction and a second control instruction; the first control instruction is sent to the motor (1012), and the second control instruction is sent to the water pump (1013); the motor (1012) adjusts the position and attitude of the water outlet (1014) according to the first control instruction, such that the motion of the water outlet (1014) satisfies a movement trajectory of the water outlet (1014) as indicated by movement trajectory data; the water pump (1013) controls the amount of water outputted from a water supply to the water outlet (1014) according to the second control instruction, such that the water output amount satisfies the water output amount data. The coffee brewing platform (10) and the implementation method for the platform (10), by means of controlling the position, attitude and water output amount of the water outlet (1014), solve the problem that coffee brewing methods in the prior art result in poor tasting coffee.
