Abstract:
The present invention relates to a coffee colorimeter. More particularly, in the present invention, a color and particle size processing unit receives a color signal obtained by detecting light reflected from the surface of coffee by a color sensor and a particle size signal obtained by measuring a particle size of coffee, which is to be measured, by a particle size analyzer, and calculates a numerical value corresponding to the color of coffee, thereby accurately measuring the color of coffee on which a particle size of crushed coffee is reflected. Further, a color measurement value of coffee, on which the particle size of coffee received from the color and particle size processing unit is reflected, is displayed as a number in a numerical value display unit, so that a user can easily identify a chromaticity state of coffee.
