Abstract:
The present invention relates to a coffee concentrate extraction system, and presents a coffee concentrate extraction system for forming, with uniform density, coffee powder in a portafilter, the system performing a coffee bean blending step, a coffee bean grinding step, a portafilter insertion step, and a tapping step, and sequentially performing: a leveling step of loading a distributor on a portafilter and rotating same so as to distribute, with uniform density, coffee powder by means of a plurality of pins inserted into the coffee powder; a vibration step of loading the portafilter on a vibrator and vibrating same so that spaces formed while the plurality of pins rotate can be filled up; a tamping step of pressing, with uniform pressure, by means of a tamper, the coffee powder contained in the portafilter; and a concentrate extraction step of extracting high-quality espresso by supplying water to the portafilter filled, with uniform density, with the coffee powder.
