Abstract:
The present invention relates to a coffee extraction apparatus comprising: an extraction chamber for containing coffee powder and hot water; a piston unit slidably disposed inside the extraction chamber; a driving cover for opening and closing an opening of the extraction chamber; and a compressor for supplying air into the extraction chamber so as to maintain the same pressurized state or discharging the air inside the extraction chamber so as to maintain the same vacuum state, wherein the extraction chamber, during coffee extraction, is switched into any one of an atmospheric state, a pressurized state and a vacuum state.
