Abstract:
A coffee machine provided with a movable brewing head (5) comprises a machine body (1), a water tank (2), a water supply assembly, a first driving device, a first controller, a brewing assembly, and a pulverization chamber. The water tank (2), the water supply assembly, the first driving device, the first controller, the brewing assembly and the pulverization chamber are disposed in the machine body (1). A pulverization assembly is disposed in the pulverization chamber, and the water tank (2) is connected to the water supply assembly. The brewing assembly comprises a rotary member (3) capable of rotating. The rotary member (3) is connected to the first driving device so that the rotary member (3) can be driven by the first driving device to rotate. The first controller can control the first driving device to be turned on and off. At least one brewing chamber (31) is disposed in the rotary member (3). An opening of the brewing chamber (31) is located at a position of the rotary member (3) distant from the axle center and separably communicates with the pulverization chamber. The brewing assembly also comprises the movable brewing head (5). The movable brewing head (5) is elastically disposed in the machine body by means of an elastic member (9) and communicates with the water supply assembly. The coffee machine provided with a movable brewing head also comprises a second controller and a second driving device. The second controller is used for controlling the operation of the second driving device. The second driving device is located at a posting corresponding to the brewing head (5). The second driving device can generate a driving pressure on the brewing head (5) and can drive the brewing head (5) to move relative to the brewing chamber (31), so that the brewing head (5) and the opening of the brewing chamber (31) press with each other to form a sealed connection. In the coffee machine, the sealed connection can be formed between the brewing head and the opening of the brewing chamber in a process in which water is added into the brewing chamber, and the brewing head and the brewing chamber can be separated when the brewing chamber rotates.
