Abstract:
Disclosed is a coffee machine (1) for simulating drip coffee, the coffee machine comprising a machine body (2), a water supply device (3), a transmission device (4) and a water outlet device (5). The transmission device (4) is provided with a cam disk set (42). The cam disk set (42) is provided with a lower cam disk (421), wherein one end correspondingly abutting against the water outlet device (5) is provided with a bottom wheel (500), so as to control a water outlet pipe (53), that is arranged at one end, away from the bottom wheel (500), of the water outlet device (5), to perform actions of positioning, advancing and drawing back towards the position above a rotating disk (43) of the transmission device (4); and the cam disk set is provided with an upper cam disk (422), wherein one end correspondingly driving the water outlet device (5) is provided with a pushing part (52) having a cam (521), so as to control the water outlet pipe (53) to perform actions of supplying or stopping water from moving towards the interior of the rotating disk (43), and cooperate with the rotating disk (43) to rotate, so that the injected water flows out of at least one through hole (439) arranged in the rotating disk (43). According to the coffee machine, the action of brewing coffee powder from outside to inside in a plurality of circles in a spiral manner can be simulated, so that coffee is filtered out through filter paper after the coffee powder is brewed uniformly, and the quality of the coffee is stable.
