Abstract:
The present invention relates to a coffee machine with degassing and vacuum extraction that controls and accelerates the degassing process of the coffee, prevents its oxidation and preserves its sensory characteristics by facilitating the degassing of the coffee in a selected and controlled vacuum atmosphere, which promotes the dispersion of the carbon dioxide that forms during roasting, in addition to the fact that, due to its pressure conditions, extracting the gas from the inside of the coffee machine by generating the vacuum removes the majority of the diatomic oxygen molecules, and as a result, prevents oxidation of the coffee.
