Abstract:
Disclosed is a coffee machine, comprising a main machine (1), a coffee cup (2), and a processing funnel (3) capable of smashing or stirring coffee raw materials and also capable of filtering coffee liquid, wherein a first water inlet (11) is provided on the main machine (1); the processing funnel (3) comprises an inner funnel (31) for holding the coffee raw materials, and an outer funnel (32); a side wall of the inner funnel (31) is a filter screen (312), and a first water outlet (321) is provided on the outer funnel (32); when the processing funnel (3) is installed on the main machine (1), the inner funnel (31) is sheathed inside the outer funnel (32), and a first accommodation cavity (33) that is in communication with the first water outlet (321) is formed between the inner and outer funnels; the first water inlet (11) is in communication with an inner cavity of the inner funnel (31), and the first water outlet (321) can be in communication with the interior of the coffee cup (2); and an area between the inner funnel (31) and the main machine (1), and an area between an opening of the inner funnel (31) and an opening of the outer funnel (32) are both sealed. By improving the overall structure in a brand new way, the micro pressure principle is introduced into the coffee machine, and not only are the coffee extraction rate and the purity of the coffee beverage improved on the basis that the time spent making coffee is effectively shortened, but the cost of the self-prepared coffee is also low.
