Abstract:
Provided is a coffee machine comprising a grinder for grinding coffee beans, the coffee machine being provided with a contrivance for removing chaff or other waste material from a separation area within which the chaff or other waste material is separated from ground beans. The present invention comprises a first grinder 5AM for grinding coffee beans due to being driven, and a separation area (interior region of separation chamber formation part 64) for separating waste material from ground beans that have been ground by the first grinder 5AM, the separation area (interior region of separation chamber formation part 64) being cleaned through use of wind pressure in a state in which the first grinder 5AM is stopped.
