Abstract:

Disclosed are a coffee maker and a preparation method therefor The coffee maker comprises a base (1), a grinding chamber (2), a grinding device (3), a coffee filter screen (4), and a hot water supply device (5). The grinding chamber (2) comprises a cavity (21) and a cover body (22), wherein the cavity (21) is mounted on the base (1), the cover body (22) covers the cavity (21) to form a grinding cavity (20), the bottom of the grinding cavity (20) being provided with a beverage outlet (23). The grinding device (3) comprises a grinding cutter set (31) provided inside the grinding cavity (20) and an electric motor (32) provided outside the grinding cavity (20) for driving the grinding cutter set (31) to rotate. The coffee filter screen (4) is provided around the periphery of the cutter set (31), a lower end of the coffee filter screen (4) abuts against a bottom wall of the grinding cavity (20), the grinding cavity (20) is separated as a bean grinding cavity (201) and a beverage cavity (202) provided on the periphery of the bean grinding cavity (201), and the beverage outlet (23) is in communication with the beverage cavity (202). The hot water supply device (5) is in communication with the grinding cavity (20) for supplying water into the bean grinding cavity (201) and forming a pressure space in the bean grinding cavity (201) during the process of hot water supply. Brewing of coffee under micro-pressure is realized to brew stronger coffee.
