Abstract:
A coffee powder compressing device for a coffee maker comprises: an accommodation chamber (11a); a filter assembly (17), the filter assembly (17) being allowable to be put into the accommodation chamber (11a) from a side opening (11b) and taken out from the accommodation chamber (11a), the filter assembly (17) comprising a cavity (12a); a movable pressing block (5), a lower end of the movable pressing block (5) being located in a top opening (11c) of the accommodation chamber (11a), and the movable pressing block (5) being capable of moving between a first higher position and a second lower position back and forth; and a first sealing ring (6), the first sealing ring (6) being arranged between the lower end of the movable pressing block (5) and an opening end of the cavity (12a), the first sealing ring (6), the movable pressing block (5) and the filter assembly (17) forming a brewing chamber (B) together. An extrusion portion (5a) protruding downwards is arranged at the lower end of the movable pressing block (5), and when the movable pressing block (5) is located at the second position and the filter assembly (17) is located in the accommodation chamber (11a), the extrusion portion (5a) extends into the cavity (12a). Coffee powder is compressed by the extrusion portion (5a), such that the problems of uneasy control over tightness and labor consumption in an existing coffee powder pre-compressing mode are resolved.
