Abstract:
A coffee with chili ingredients, which consists of one or more of coffee beans or ground coffee powder or caffeine capsules or caffeine ground into powder, one or more of roasted chili seeds or ground chili powder or spicy substances, and alternatively one or more of the ingredients selected from sugar, a sugar substitute and a non-dairy creamer, wherein all of these ingredients are entirely combined in accordance with the designated proportions, or the spicy substances were used to coat coffee beans or the coffee beans were blended with ground chili powder or spicy substances for the purpose of packing and selling.

Claims

1. Coffee with chili ingredients that consists of

A. 60-99 weight percent from one or many of roasted coffee beans or ground coffee or caffeine capsules or caffeine ground into powder

B. 0.1-10 weight percent from one or many roasted chili seeds or ground chili powder or spicy substances

C. 2-15 weight percent from one or many of the ingredients selected from sugar, a sugar substitute, and a non-dairy creamer

2. Appropriate coffee with chili ingredients, in accordance with claim 1, whereas is composed of

A. 99 weight percent from one or many of roasted coffee beans or ground coffee or caffeine capsules or caffeine ground into powder

B. 1 weight percent from one or many of roasted chili seeds or ground chili powder or spicy substances

3. Appropriate coffee with chili ingredients, in accordance with claim 1, whereas is composed of

A. 95 weight percent from one or many of roasted coffee beans or ground coffee or caffeine capsules or caffeine ground into powder

B. 1 weight percent from one or many of roasted chili seeds or ground chili powder or spicy substances

C. 4 weight percent from one or many of the ingredients selected from sugar, a sugar substitute, and a non-dairy creamer

4. Coffee with chili ingredients , in accordance with claim 1, whereas one or many of roasted coffee beans or ground coffee or caffeine capsules or caffeine ground into powder is combined with one or many of roasted chili seeds or ground chili powder or spicy substances.

The methods of producing coffee with chili ingredients , in accordance with claim 1, whereas can be achieved by combining ingredient A, which is one or many of roasted coffee beans or ground coffee or caffeine capsules or caffeine ground into powder with ingredient B, which is one or many of roasted chili seeds or ground chili powder or spicy substances in accordance with the designated proportion.

The methods of producing coffee with chili ingredients , in accordance with claim 1, whereas can be achieved by mixing ingredient A, which is one or many of roasted coffee beans or ground coffee or caffeine capsules or caffeine ground into powder, ingredient B, which is one or many of roasted chili seeds or ground chili powder or spicy substances, and ingredient C, which is one or many of the ingredients selected from sugar, a sugar substitute, and a non-dairy creamer in accordance with the designated proportion.

7. The methods of producing coffee with chili ingredients , in accordance with claim 5- 6, whereas uses ground chili powder or spicy substance to coat roasted coffee beans.

8. The methods of producing coffee with chili ingredients , in accordance with claim 5- 6, whereas uses roasted coffee beans to blend with ground chili powder or spicy substances.

Background of related art or science

Most coffee at present is made from pure coffee, being ground and mixed with milk and sugar or is in a form of instant coffee with sugar or a non-dairy creamer. However, there is no use of chili ingredients in coffee as it does in this invention. With a hot and spicy taste, chilies can yield many properties such as antioxidants which help slow down aging processes, create a good temper, make the body release endorphins or happy chemicals, and strengthen the immune system etc. Some chilies produce very special good scents, thus, when being mixed with coffee, they can provide new pleasant and appetizing scents.

The methods of producing the coffee can be achieved by combining ingredient A, which is one or many of roasted coffee beans or ground coffee or caffeine capsules or caffeine ground into powder with ingredient B, which is one or many of roasted chili seeds or ground chili powder or spicy substances in accordance with the designated proportion.

Mixing ingredient A, which is one or many of roasted coffee beans or ground coffee or caffeine capsules or caffeine ground into powder, ingredient B, which is one or many of roasted chili seeds or ground chili powder or spicy substances, and ingredient C, which is one or many of the ingredients selected from sugar, a sugar substitute, and a non-dairy creamer in accordance with the designated proportion.

The objective of this invention is to provide chili ingredients in coffee as it does in this invention. With a hot and spicy taste, chilies can yield many properties such as antioxidants which help slow down aging processes, create a good temper, make the body release endorphins or happy chemicals, and strengthen the immune system etc. Some chilies produce very special good scents, thus, when being mixed with coffee, they can provide new pleasant and appetizing scents.
