Abstract:
A cognitive function assessment system (100) comprises a movement detection unit (20), a reply detection unit (30), and an assessment unit (40). The movement detection unit (20) generates, along a time series, frames each indicating three-dimensional coordinates of all joints of a subject (SJ) who is executing predetermined tasks. The reply detection unit (30) detects a reply to a predetermined cognitive question by the subject (SJ) who is executing the predetermined tasks. The assessment unit (40) outputs, on the basis of the frames, a movement feature indicating a feature of a temporal change and a feature of a spatial position relationship between all joints of the imaged subject (SJ), and assesses the cognitive function of the subject (SJ) on the basis of the movement feature and the reply by the subject (SJ). The predetermined tasks include: an exercise task requiring the subject (SJ) to perform a predetermined exercise; and an intellectual task requiring the subject (SJ) to solve a cognitive question. The movement detection unit (20) generates the frames by imaging the subject (SJ) who is executing the exercise task.
