Abstract:
Disclosed is a model for determining cognitive impairment on the basis of gait feature values measured by means of an accelerometer attached to a subject. Disclosed is determining of cognitive impairment by using a model that includes a mathematical precedence regression equation in which personal data and gait data are received so that gait speed and step time variability are included as prediction variables. Provided is a cognitive impairment determination method, which can easily and quickly screen for cognitive impairment such as dementia regardless of fundamental cause and accurately determine even early-stage cognitive impairment.
