Abstract:
[Problem] To provide a coil component having a structure in which a magnetic member can be easily embedded in an inner-diameter region of a spiral pattern. [Solution] A coil component 1 comprises: conductor layers 10-60 arranged between magnetic members M1, M2 and including spiral patterns SP1-SP6 that are each spirally wound; insulating resin layers 71-75 respectively provided between the conductor layers 10-60; and a magnetic member M3 embedded in an inner diameter region of the spiral patterns SP1-SP6. The insulating resin layers 71-75 each have a projection projecting in the inner diameter region. The projection of the insulating resin layer 75 is smaller in projection amount than a projection of at least one of the other insulating resin layers. This feature facilitates embedding of the magnetic member M3 in the inner diameter region from one end side in a coil axial direction. In addition, since a larger amount of the magnetic member M3 can be embedded in the inner diameter region, it becomes possible to increase inductance.
