Abstract:
According to the present invention, a transformer (1) that is one example of a coil component comprises: a core (10) that forms a magnetic circuit and has a center leg (10c) that is centered between outer legs (10a, 10b) that have respective gaps (13a, 13b) provided therein; primary-side windings (11a, 11b) that are respectively wound around the outer legs (10a, 10b); and secondary-side windings (12a, 12b) that are respectively wound around the outer legs (10a, 10b).
