Abstract:

This coil device (20) comprises a core (21) having a loop-shaped magnetic path and a first winding part (29). The first winding part (29) is wound around a core (21) in a manner of passing through an inner region of the core (21) surrounded by the core (21). A metal base substrate (31), in which a coil pattern (37) is formed on a metal base main body (33) with an insulating layer (35) interposed therebetween, is disposed on the inner region of the core (21) and the outer region of the core (21). A cooling body (39) is thermally bonded to the side of the metal base main body (33) opposite from the side where the insulating layer (35) and the coil pattern (37) are formed. The first winding part (29) includes the coil pattern (37).
