Abstract:
A coil device (1) including a partition (5) formed between flanges (3, 4) on opposite bobbin ends, and a plurality of winding drum regions (6) on a bobbin (2), wherein the partition (5) has a slit (7) through which a wire (W) is forced, and of the wire winding pitches on two winding drums adjacent each other with the partition (5) therebetween, one (P1) defined by a first wire portion at least passing through the slit and a second wire portion adjacent the first wire portion is greater than a pitch (P2) between other wire portions. Further, the position of the slit (7) in the partition (5) and the position of a slit (8) in the flange (3) are shifted a predetermined angle with respect to the winding center to incline the wire portions passing through these slots with respect to the winding center. Further, the ends of the slit rubbed by the wire passing through the slit (7) in the partition (5) have semicircular (7b) portions.
