Abstract:
Lamination of a disc-type coil is facilitated and manufacture cost is reduced. A plurality of disc-type coils, each of which is provided with a disc-shaped insulating substrate (1), a conductor pattern (2) disposed on the insulating substrate (1), and holes (7) which are formed in the insulating substrate (1) so as to form through holes for lamination (10), are laminated by connecting the through holes for lamination (10). The holes (7) for forming the through holes for lamination (10) are provided on the outer circumferential side or the inner circumferential side of the conductor pattern (2), and the through holes for lamination (10) are formed by having a start terminal pattern (3) and an end terminal pattern (4), which are to be the terminal portions of each conductor pattern (2), extend to the holes (7) and connected.
