The present coil disc comprises a carrier (1), a wire groove (3) extending according to a predetermined winding path being disposed on the carrier (1), a precious metal layer (6) formed by activation processing being attached to the surface of the wire groove (3), and a conductive layer (2) being attached to the precious metal layer (6).
