Abstract:
Provided is a production method for a coil element, having no impediment to the use of a post-retrieval coil element pattern. A production method for a coil element, using a transfer mold and having: a step in which a transfer mold is prepared, said transfer mold having an inverse coil element pattern stamped upon a surface thereof and having at least the surface section thereof comprising metal; a step in which a central conductive film is formed across the entire surface of the transfer mold by using a first electroplating, said film having a thickness greater than the thickness of the area having the inverse coil element pattern stamped therein; a step in which the central conductive film is removed from the surface, by polishing or grinding a prescribed thickness only, and the surface of the central conductive film is planarized; a step in which the planarized central conductive film is peeled away from the transfer mold; a step in which a protective film is adhered to the entire surface of the peeled away central conductive film on the side that the coil element pattern is formed; a step in which the central conductive film is etched and removed from the side on which the central conductive film has been planarized, until the protective film is reached; and a step in which the protective film is removed and the central conductive film is retrieved.
