Abstract:
Provided is a manufacturing method of a coil having an insulating film 130, said method including: a preparation step for preparing a workpiece W which is already shaped but an insulating film is not yet deposited thereon; and an electrodeposition coating step for generating, with the workpiece W being in an immersed state in an electrolytic bath, a potential difference between a first electrode connected to the workpiece W and a second electrode disposed in the electrolytic bath, wherein in the electrodeposition coating step, an insulating film is simultaneously deposited on one portion of the workpiece W and on the other portion of the workpiece W in such a manner that the film on the one portion is thicker than on the other portion.
