Abstract:
Provided are a coil winding/setting method, a coil inserting method, and a coil winding/setting apparatus, wherein, upon setting coils onto a coil holder in a spiraling and overlapping state, the coils are prevented from piling up. Conductor wires supplied from conductor-wire supplying apparatuses (120) are wound around wiring holders for a prescribed number of times, to form a plurality of coils along the longitudinal direction of the wiring holders. Then the diameter of the wiring holders is made smaller while pressing both sides of the coils wound around the outer circumference of the wiring holders with pressing plates, to make the coils crosswise such that one sides of the coils will become positioned lower than the other sides. Then, the one sides of the crosswise coils are aligned to prescribed gaps of guide rods of the coil holder (220), to make the one sides of the coils drop into the prescribed gaps of the guide rods. Then the coil holder is rotated as necessary, and the other sides of the crosswise coils are aligned to different prescribed gaps of the guide rods of the coil holder (220), to make the other sides of the coils drop into the different prescribed gaps of the guide rods.
