Abstract:
A first coil section is formed upon a first coil area on the upper surface of an insulating layer and a second coil section is formed on the lower surface. A second terminal is formed at an outer position of the first coil area. At least one intersecting area having a path from an inside end section of the first coil to the second terminal intersecting with the first coil section is formed upon the upper surface. The first coil section is divided by each intersecting area. A second lead section extends from an inside end section of the first coil section to the second terminal, between one part and another part of the divided first coil section in each intersecting area. The first and second coil sections are connected in parallel through a plurality of through-holes formed in the insulating layer.
